Moshe Groman, LSW
Moshe is a Licensed Social Worker based in Passaic and Nutley, NJ. He provides educational guidance, workshops, and referral support for men and couples navigating challenges in their individual lives and relationships.
Moshe also provides clinical services through JFS of Clifton-Passaic and Revive, where he works under supervision and the practices’ clinical ownership. He is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and supports couples seeking to strengthen their bond and navigate complex intimacy topics. A passionate believer in the power of emotionally secure relationships, Moshe helps individuals and couples access resources, education, and licensed clinical care to build understanding, confidence, and connection.

Shaina Groman, RN, BSN
Shaina is a registered nurse and practice manager at BSD Birthing Center of Rockland. She is passionate about empowering, educating, counselling, and advocating for women. Shaina is a bodekes tahara, with a gentle and sensitive approach to women experiencing pelvic pain. She also works with young women and kallahs to provide pre or post-marital support with physical intimacy. Currently pursuing her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) degree, Shaina is committed to expanding her skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive, holistic care.

Shanny Gejerman, LaMFT
​Shanny is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping women and couples create meaningful, connected relationships. Drawing on her extensive experience as both a therapist and educator, Shanny brings empathy, insight, and practical tools to guide clients through challenges in dating, marriage, and parenting.
For over 35 years, Shanny has taught high school seniors, developing a unique understanding of the transitions and relationship dynamics that shape individuals from adolescence into adulthood. As a kallah teacher for more than 13 years, she has guided and supported many brides in preparing emotionally and spiritually for marriage. Shanny also leads classes and workshops for women across all stages of life, focusing on relationship building, marriage enrichment, and intimacy.
In her therapeutic work, Shanny integrates several evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing and growth begin with self-awareness and connection.

Melissa Groman, LCSW
Melissa Groman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy and counseling, working with adults and couples. Melissa's ability to promote emotional well-being has helped her clients succeed, prosper and thrive, moving beyond frustration and pain to better lives and satisfying relationships.
Melissa helps people in emotional pain, difficult or confusing situations, those seeking a place to really talk, be heard and understood. Her style is warm, interactive and geared toward understanding and discovering new ideas, new parts of self and life.
Melissa's background includes training in insight-oriented, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies, IFS, EMDR and modern psychoanalysis. She also provides clinical supervision and consultation to other therapists, and authored the book "Better is Not So Far Away."

Rebecca Marcus, DPT
Rebecca is a physical therapist with 10 years of experience who specializes in women's health and pelvic floor dysfunction. She works with many busy women and aims to make therapy practical, functional and very doable. With a mind-body focus, she helps clients listen and learn their own selves, building them with skills to understand and correct independently.

Rebecca helps women who are feeling intimacy is just not right, across the spectrum, from those who are having burning pain to those who are experiencing reduced pleasure and sensation. Her clients conquer their intimacy struggles with calm and confidence. Women's health encompasses treatment for bowel and bladder dysfunction, including leakage, urgency and constipation. Additionally, it addresses deep core restoration and pressure management, with a focus on managing diastasis rectus abdominis and pelvic organ prolapse. Her clientele start as early in their late teens to those past menopause, with many women coming in for various prenatal and postpartum related care.
Rebecca is caring, passionate and gives clients the space and freedom they need when navigating this sensitive challenge. Her style is hand holding, balanced with as hands off as possible to preserve couples dignity and respect through the difficult process.
Rebecca exclusively practices in pelvic health, and has a concierge private practice, Hands and Heart Physical Therapy in Passaic, NJ. She also recently launched an online Pelvic Health Education academy, EXPLAINED. The Pain to Pleasure program allows couples who can't make it personally or prefer to begin from the comfort of their home. The content has been life changing for couples just like you!
Rebecca's continuing education training is extensive, and as a lifelong learner is an active and passionate professional who follows the latest research to better heal her clients. Rebecca also presents at community events and functions to promote more awareness for women's wellness.
